JF Financial - Registered Office Service

A Companies registered office address is the official correspondence address of the company for Companies House.

It is a public address available for anyone to see.

A trading address is different, this is your main address of operating your business - for many contractors, freelancers and small business owners who don't have their own business office this will be their home address.

Some people don't want to have their home address on public record for anyone to see so they have a different registered office than their trading address.

At JF Financial we are able to offer a service where we provide a London registered office address - we use a company called Companies Made Simple to provide this.

If you subscribe to this service we will setup both the companies registered office address and the directors correspondence address as:

20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU

Any post that is sent to this address for your company from HMRC or Companies House then gets forwarded to us and we scan this post and file it and will send a copy to you if it's anything relevant or that needs to be actioned - most of the time it is just automatic reminders about returns due for filing that we're already handling so we won't bother you with these, but if it's anything important we'll forward it on.

Any post that is sent to this address for your company from anyone other than HMRC and Companies House will not get forwarded to us.

This means you cannot use this address as a general correspondence address for your business, it is only for HMRC and Companies House mail.
