Charitable Donations

A donation by a company to a charity is a tax deductible expense for corporation tax purposes so your company will save the corporation tax on the donation.

One thing worth noting is that the donation is not allowed to create or increase a corporation tax loss so in these circumstances there would be no corporation tax saving.
